Where can I get NE Professional products? 

In addition to nebeauty.am,  here you can check out the locations of our physical stores and official representatives. As well as, our nail lacquers, nail care items and accessories are available in almost all cosmetic shops of Yerevan.  

Can I get NE Professional products internationally?

Sure, you can! We try our hardest to be as close to everyone across the world as possible! In the stage of checkout, our website will automatically calculate a shipping rate for your order based on the weight and your place of residence.  

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping during most of the holidays, so be sure to subscribe to our email list and be the first one to know! 

How can I track my order? 

Please sign in to track your order! You can also view your order history in your account. 

What if my order misses an item? 

Sometimes we may be out of stock in case of some products. If we did not have the product you ordered at that particular moment, you will get an additional email from us about the expected shipping date and other details, once the product is back in stock. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Can I return my purchase?

We totally understand that sometimes you may have some issues with the order made. We would love to hear about them and learn from our mistakes. So please feel free to share your concern with us via [email protected]. You can return your items in 14 days after the purchase. Returns are processed in 10 days as soon as we receive them. If your return request is approved, the money for original purchase, excluding shipping and any additional fees will be credited to your bank account and you will be notified by email. Please allow 10 working days for the processing of refunds.  Learn more here.

Can I exchange the products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for online orders currently. If you made the purchase from our physical stores, you may be able to exchange the unused items if the receipt is with you. Exchange will be processed by the store manager. 

The products I ordered online are damaged. 

“MENOK” LLC is not responsible for damaged items due to the transportation. We try our best to pack the items safely, so they endure any possible harm till they reach you. 

Can I return my online order to NE Professional distributor of my region?

Sorry, currently we do not accept online purchase returns at the physical stores of our representatives.

What is needed to create an account?

We are so excited that you decided to become a part of our growing family! All you need to do is fill in some basic information about yourself to create an account. Information needed: name, surname, email address and password. Your address, as well as billing and shipping information can be provided when you decided to place your first order.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via credit card or iDram.

I have an issue with my credit card

If an error occurs, please check your billing information and the information on your card. If they do not match, correct it. Also, try re-entering your CVN or security code and check if the credit card is valid. If the issue is still not resolved, try contacting your bank’s customer service and let us know!

Is NE Professional tested on animals?

We proudly state that we are cruelty FREE and all tests are performed exclusively via several laboratory equipment. 

Do NE Professional products contain harmful substances? 

Our formula is 5-FREE. None of our products contain the following 5 substances: dibutyl phthalate, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and toluene. Hence, we are harmless for the use by pregnant women as well.

How do I know that my purchase is authentic?
