Can I order NE Beauty products from abroad?

Currently, you can order NE Beauty products from Russia and Kazakhstan via the Wildberries platform. NE Beauty’s Kazakh website will also be launched soon, which will allow for more affordable and faster access to our products through local delivery service providers.

Does NE Beauty offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on most holidays, so make sure you subscribe to our email list so you don’t miss out on this news. Additionally, we offer free delivery if you choose to receive your order through Onex lockers or HayPost. The order value should be greater than 5000 AMD. For free, same-day deliveries via Yandex the order amount should be greater than 10,000AMD.

How do I track my order?

Please log in to Your Account to track your order. In your account, you can also find your order history and the loyalty points earned from each order.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We fully understand that sometimes there may be some issues with your order. We would like to hear about these issues and improve our online service for you. So please feel free to share your concerns via [email protected] email address. Purchases made through the NE Beauty website are subject to return only after evaluation by our team. If your return request is approved, the order must be packaged and sent to the NE Beauty headquarters or stores. 1-2 working days after receiving the order, the money will be fully refunded to your original payment method (excluding the delivery fee). My order is damaged.

“MENOK” LLC is not responsible for any damage to products caused by the chosen shipment company. But don’t worry! We package all orders in such a way that we have never had a case of damaged products.

Can I return my online purchase through an official NE Beauty representative in my region?

If an error occurred, check the billing address and card details you entered. If they don’t match, fix them. Also try entering your CVN code again and check your card’s expiration date. If the problem is still not resolved, try contacting your bank’s customer service center and let us know.

Yes, we offer samples only for salons, cosmetic stores, and chains to familiarize themselves with the quality standards of our products. To receive samples please contact us via [email protected] email address.

Are NE Beauty products cruelty free?

We are proud to state that none of our products are tested on animals. All tests are done exclusively with laboratory equipment.

What harmful ingredients do NE Beauty products contain?

Our formula is 7-FREE . The following 7 and more ingredients are not present in any of the NE Beauty products: dibuthyl phthalate, camphor, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, xylene, parabens, HEMA and Di-HEMA. Therefore, NE Beauty is safe for pregnant women as well.
