• Dehydrate the nails with Nail Prep to remove moisture,
• Apply a single layer of Titanium base coat and allow it to dry for 60 seconds,
• Apply the color in 2-3 coats, waiting 60-120 seconds between each layer,
• Complete the process with any of the NE top coats (Diamond, Fast Dry).
Reminder: Even after the manicure/pedicure is fully dried, avoid contact with water for 2-3 hours.
