How to Use

• Dehydrate the nails with Nail Prep
• Apply 1 layer of Titanium base coat
• Wait for 60-120 seconds.
• Apply 2-3 thin layers of color։
• Wait for 60-120 seconds between the layers.
• Finish with one of NE top coats.
