How to use:
- Apply one of Ne Base Coats on dry nails ( Titanium or 3 in 1 )
- Apply one stroke of nail lacquer down the center of the nail, followed by one stroke along each side of the nail.
- Then apply a second coat for getting the perfect color
- For quick drying and long lasting use Ne Top coat (Diamond or Fast dry)
