The entire NE Beauty team is always available to assist with any concerns. Whether it’s a technical issue with materials or guidance on how to use them, we have created several consulting programs, with participation steps outlined below. Free consultations are offered via phone, video call, or in-person seminars. Individuals can reach out to one of the NE Beauty lab team members for a video call to discuss any questions about material usage. For salons and manicure centers, we provide a free seminar service, where the NE Beauty chief instructor-technician will visit the salon to conduct both theoretical and practical workshops for the salon’s nail technicians.
