Purchases made through the NE Beauty website are subject to return only after evaluation by our team. If your application is approved, the order must be packaged and sent to NE Beauty headquarters. The order amount will be refunded within 1-2 business days after receipt, excluding shipping costs. There are no exchanges for online orders.
You can also return online purchases at NE Beauty stores. Simply contact our team and we will organize the process. Products purchased from official NE Beauty representatives in the regions must be returned to the partner store.

Purchases from NE Beauty stores
If you make a purchase at NE Beauty stores, you have the opportunity to return it within 14 business days, with the mandatory receipt. The return will be processed by a NE Beauty employee, and if the employee approves the return, you will be refunded in full.
