Top it Off Top Coat

Description

• Top coat intended for use with gel lacquer system.
• Dries with a sticky layer.
• Has low density. Recommended to apply finger by finger.
• Perfect top coat to use with pastel shades.

How to Use

• Prep the nails with NE Sanitizing Solution.    
• Dehydrate the nails with Nail Prep 
• Then with Ultrabond primer create an adhesive layer between the natural nail surface and the consecutive layers of gel lacquer
• Apply 1 thin layer of one of the NE base coats. Base coat should be chosen based on the nail type. 
• Cure for 60 seconds with a LED lamp. 
• With 2-3 layers, apply preferred gel lacquer  color.  
• Cure for 60 seconds with a LED lamp. 
• Finish with one of NE top coats.  
• After curing, wait for 60 seconds and remove the sticky layer with  Sanitizing Solution- 
• Take off the gel with the help of NE Acrylic Remover or  Magic Remover
