How to Use
- Dehydrate the nails with Nail Prep
- Apply 1 layer of Titanium base coat
- Wait for 60-120 seconds.
- Apply 2-3 thin layers of color։
- Wait for 60-120 seconds between the layers.
- Finish with one of NE top coats.
